Me and Ivo were discussing the Kawehi cover of Nirvana's "Heart-Shaped Box" that has been doing the rounds on the net the past few days. Where have all these covers come from? Not that I'm complaining mind you, it's by far my favourite Nirvana track, but seeing the song resurface is a tad bitter-sweet (old memories die hard yadda yadda.)
Anyway, this cover by Icelandic artist Ásgeir popped up in my facebook feed and, being a huge fan of him and indeed everything Icelandic, I had to check it out.
