Nashville, Tennessee is a place known for its country music scene. Artists like Trace Adkins, Dolly Parton and The Band Perry are all from this music mecca, and practically household names in the South (granted, I had to look all of them up on Wikipedia). Hailing from the sacred home of country is also a very small and very talented trio named Basecamp. Composed of three producers, the group are out to prove that the upcoming Nashville RnB scene is capable of the fame of the aforementioned stars.

"Emmanuel" is their debut track, and it is easily comparable to SOHN's debut, "The Wheel". Minimal and accessible electronica, flawless and effortless vocals, and a catchy chorus are just a few of the aspects that make "Emmanuel" so good. Artists like James Blake and Miike Snow have commericalised the well-done, home-made sounding electronic music and edited vocals. Basecamp are just perfecting that.

They're currently offering a free download of the song on their Facebook in exchange for a like.
