There's a new star on the r&b horizon and we instantly fell in love with her music.

Welcoming UK emerging songstress (and producer) Danniella Dee and her "Woman" - celebrating womanhood in all its beauty, strength & versatility.

"We are creators, nurturers, innovators… and we do it all in the most magical & unique ways. The song serves not only as my own demonstration of that but also as a reminder to everyone who listens: there’s no conventional way to be a woman. With freedom of expression and a sense of agency… that diverse feminine energy is what powers the world", the Coventry-born singer shares.

Developed into two sections, "Woman" was built with a Musiq Soulchild-like smooth 1st half and a more experimental/groovy 2nd half. "It even features our parrot, Bongo - whose voice I turned into a synth. He’s nearly 30. We think he’s a boy, but we aren’t 100% sure. For the intentions and purposes of the song though, he’s a girl," Danniella adds. A truly unique tune, must admit.
