EXiT

It is here. Two of the brightest musical prodigies of our generation, DOMi & JD BECK, share their long-awaited follow-up to their debut, NOT TiGHT (2022), called WHO ASKED?, released via Anderson .Paak's Ape Shit record label. I see we're sticking to the (mostly) ALL CAPS ViBES. Love that.

Full disclosure, I haven't had a full album listen yet, just a few tracks here and there, so I'll start with the song that made the biggest impression on me, "EXiT". High energy, playful vibe, and insanely tight timing.

One thing I can already say with confidence - the drums on this record sound absolutely phenomenal. Zach Hill, who helped them with shaping the sonic identity of much of the album, did an outstanding job.
