Halcion's "Plans" is definitely a breath of fresh air on the indie/psychedelic pop scene. The Brighton's four-piece sound reminds me of a an early Local Natives / Snakadaktal mix and this is enough to make me absolutely love a track.

"Plans" fluctuates between some dreamy, rather spaced out sounds and intense, drums-driven upbeat sections, so the track just never lets you bored. The build-up towards the end is an absolute greatness!
