Someone sent me this new IDER a few days ago saying the lyrics reminded them of me. That and the fact that the whole record is absolutely stunning is a stand-alone reason for a feature!
"Slide" is taken off duo's new album Emotional Education and while you know I am not one for electro pop music, this is so captivating and beautiful... I just get the goosebumps. I definitely see myself crying to this song on some emotional event or something. Been playing this while on my bike rides these days around Berlin and it's been nothing short but greatness. It somehow reminds me of the days when I discovered CHVRCHES.
