Hungarian jazz fusion trio Jazzbois are heating things up once again with their brand new single, "Do Better," featuring US/London-based vocalist and producer Goya Gumbani alongside Sicilian/UK-based singer, multi-instrumentalist, and producer Franky Bones.
Soulful chorus hooks and effortlessly delivered rap verses flow over an unapologetically groovy, tightly locked rhythm section. I loved the way the band expands on their signature cool, savage groove and punch with a dose of emotionality and vulnerability.
This marks the third and final single leading up to Jazzbois Around The World - the trio's upcoming collaborative album featuring friends from across the globe. With all those dope-sounding releases recently, we're super excited to hear the full project.
Until then, "Do Better" has earned its spot in my groovy, soulful favourites, hopefully in yours too.
