I had the pleasure of briefly meeting the London-based artist in Bulgaria some years ago and have been a fan ever since. The way she blends alternative R&B, neo-soul, and left-field soul is impeccable, and the incorporation of rather unusual elements (like the flute) alongside spacey guitar riffs makes her stand out.
