Makeda's new track "Come Over" is a stellar sonic mosaic that you're bound to enjoy thanks to the range of influences we're welcome to.

Makeda is an Ethiopian-American artist born and raised in Washington, DC who is inspired by the work of Sade, Prince, Tracy Chapman, and D’Angelo. The influence of Sade shines the brightest on "Come Over" - that drum groove is seductive and so is her vocal performance. This beautifully ties into the theme of the track which is about the feeling of a summer fling, and the fun that comes with letting go for a season. If this doesn't make you feel like dancing then it's sure to get you in a playful mood.
