Even though SWIM was my most-played artist in 2022, the truth is that New Zealand based produced Pretty Girl was my favorite artist of last year. So you can imagine how stoked I am to hear her first official release of 2023!

On "All Good" we surprisingly received a fleshed-out vocal performance from Pretty Girl, making it feel like an electronica tune beautifully fused with the essence of bedroom pop. The cold, airy synths are paired with the warmth of her emotional vocal delivery while the lively drums keep the rhythm section fascinating. I must say this is probably the most vulnerable we've heard Pretty Girl on any song.
