As I have stated before I am a sucker for male/female dual vocal bands, especially when they play punk rock. RVIVR is such a great example of that formula and I have been following them for the past couple of years. There is just something about that kind of punk rock and I've been a fan of the genre since the first time I heard Latterman.
RVIVR is a band from Olympia, Washington USA and is known for its DIY ethics. They just released their latest record The Beauty Between and you can download it for free from Rumbletowne Records as well as the rest of their discography. Pretty DIY, right?
RVIVR plays upbeat and catchy tunes singing about the things they believe in. A main theme in their lyrics is gender equality, which they strongly support. Few days ago they released a new video for the song "Wrong Way/One Way" and it is awesome! Check it out below and definitely catch the band live if you get the chance!
