Nothing makes me happier than getting my hands on a good dream pop track. They are such a rarity, so stumbling upon Saeyers' mindful slow-groove "You" felt so good.
The project is the sonic outlet of US-based multi-instrumentalist Marshall Lewis who is currently gearing up for the release of his debut 5-track EP later this month. The release is packed with must-hear gems, so we plan to pay close attention to his profile in the following days.
Tonight's highlight - "You" is EP's third single and will take you on a laid back, synth-driven dream journey. Listening to this makes me long for those warm Berlin summer nights. Also, besides on the upcoming EP, the song was selected by French label Nice Guys Records and released via their Exclusive Singles Series. A clear evidence for the quality of Marshall's music.
