Outside

If you've been following the fox for the last couple of weeks, you've probably seen this artwork a couple of times already. Well, that's because THE HEIST (the collaborative album between Los Angeles based record label Good Society and French label Retro Jungle Records) is so good, I couldn't make it justice just once...

The track "Outside" brought TABAL and Pantology together to create a soulful, groovy, boom-bap powerhouse. Infusing chiming jazzy keys, natural ambiance and warm drums, the track captures feelings of carefreeness, happiness and delight in a musical form.

Relying more on a flowing feel, the wide soundscape of "Outside" offers a slightly different flavor from the rest of the more groove-driven tracks on the record, while still managing to pack some punch. Be sure to give the rest of the album a listen and prepare for a world full of colorful beats and sonic textures!
