We've been keeping an eye on the Colorado-based singer and producer since 2019 and every single sound that she touches is nothing, but perfection. Her new venture - a cover of James Blake "Retrograde" is no exception.
Following her debut EP recall released in March this year, the track has its own narrative and quite the story.
Initially, I sat down to write an original and began by laying down a beat. I took a break and listened to James Blake's "Overgrown" album. When listening to “Retrograde," it clicked. This would be a cover.
