To be frank, I'm Late Again are words I never said in my life. If there's one thing about me that's constant in my personality over the years is the fact that I'm insanely punctual. Being late (because of my wife) is one of the few times we argue.
Today, I'll break that pattern because I want to share with you a brand-new discovery in my inbox. Late Again (real name Rafael Melo) is a Brooklyn-based, Brazilian-born dream-pop-round-chill guy. I mean, the whole thing sounds uber laid-back, and I'm all in for it. Wonky, mellow, and beautifully warm - just like the end of summer.
"To Stop The Time" is the opener of his brand-new EP, I DREAMT I WAS AWAKE, which was released on September 4th. A collection of 6 tracks that feel timeless and nostalgic. A great way to slow down time and slip into another dimension.
