Elbow - Fly Boy Blue / Lunette (Video)

I can't wait to share this fantastic track with you! It's been almost three years since Manchester based band Elbow released their last album and they finally announced their sixth album last October. The album will be released on the 10th of March, but they gave us a small taste of the album last week. I must say, I was very curious to hear if they had managed to keep that amazing spark in their sound. And yes.....Straight away I was blown away by this track! It really is a new sound, but they have really made it their own. It couldn't be anyone else than Elbow. Apparently most of the album, which is named The Take Off and Landing of Everything, is recorded at Peter Gabriel's studio's Real World in Bath, which is promising in its self. "Fly Boy Blue / Lunette" has a punchy bass and no specific chorus. It doesn't end within 3 minutes and stays interested without the whole song. Enjoy this lovely track, from this unique band!
