I am very proud and excited to share you the new track of the Bulgarian reggae/fusion band Merudia, which we interviewed last year (more info here). The track is full of astonishing images from Bulgaria and one beach in particular - Irakly. This makes me wanna take the first plane home and run to the coastline...
Yeah, as much as I would love to find words the mix of feelings this track evokes it me, it's just hard. Hmm, it makes me happy, proud, nostalgic, positive, dancy, smiley and thankful to be able to spread about this outside of the borders of the motherland. These guys are amazing. Also, big hug to my friend Nicko, who's the drummer of the band!
The track is absolutely mesmerizing - reggae blend with typical Balkan music elements. I hope you enjoy the culture of my beautiful country and the music of these talented boys and girls.
