Ever since I featured Basecamp and their ever so amazing "Emmanuel," I've been keeping a close eye on the trio of DJs from Nashville. They recently released their eponymous debut EP, and if you liked "Emmanuel," you're in for a treat. Chock-full of deliciously smooth synths and lyrics passionately sung by one of the most heavenly voices I've heard.
"Rydia" is the third track off the release, and quite possibly my favorite. The trio have effortlessly combined elements of RnB, downtempo electronica, and pop into one song. Whether it's the emotional delivery, the top-notch production, or the chorus that's been stuck in my head for days, "Rydia" is a track that shines in every way possible.
