Hailing from Bulgaria’s capital Sofia, Boyan Angelov is one of the driving forces behind the local instrumental scene.
Today marks the first step towards our joint EP release Colors of Heaven. Needless to say - I'm beyond excited to work with Boyan as he's someone I admire and respect a lot both personally and creatively. We had a chance to meet a few years back as he was DJ-ing in one of our parties in Sofia. I wish I can share with you the amount of times I've heard "Morning With Her" since the very first day he sent it to me back in May. The beat exhales sexiness and calm.
Driven by admiration for one of his biggest influences – J Dilla, Boyan has created a sonic journey channeling his emotions. A journey that conveys both self-reflection and desire to find peace just like in those early morning hours when the sky soaks in all colors possible.
