The progression of "One for Sophia" is something I thought was immensely captivating. There were moments were the track sounded like a different track and I always appreciate those kinds of variations.

Yes, the drums came with a punch and the keys were quite catchy. Though it was the performance of the sax which was pretty much in the lime light. Every 8-12 bars are so we'd be introduced to a sizzling sax solo which supplied the track with a touch a fines. Whether you describe this as Hip Hop, Trip Hop or Downtempo... It's sure to lifts your spirits and have your head constantly bomping.
