As I said in the previous video post about Godspeed You! Black Emperor, it has been a post-rock kind of day and the latest Inventions track feels about right. Fighting for a spot somewhere between cinematic post-rock and ambient music, those two musicians will manage to take your mind off whatever is floating inside.
Who are the two musicians? Well, Inventions consists of Mike T. Smith - guitarist of one of the most notorious post-rock bands Explosions In The Sky and Matthew Cooper also known by his moniker Eluvium. A while back Anna posted their previous track "Entity" and now its turn to another amazing shoegaze/ambient and very minimalistic composition off their upcoming debut release set for later this year.
