Synth-pop/r&b duo Metropoly just released their second track "Take it Easy" featuring guest vocalist Alverneq and it's full of soul and goodness.

US based Julian Ferraldo and Ben Loran describe their style as groovier Junior Boys and share their influences by 80's pop, 90's R&B, and early 2000's electronica. "Take it Easy" is a slow night drive somewhere on the West Coast, letting you absorb the lightness of being, the sunset coloured satisfaction feeling and the aftertaste of a burning hot day. The vocals leave you humming take it easy the whole way through.

Metropoly's music is both pensive and rhythmic, weaving lush synth melodies with aggressive electronic beats. A soundtrack for a laid back day or a playful dance in the dimmed lights of the city, for fans of Toro y Moi or a modern take on Phil Collins.
