Channel Your Anger is about not letting your anger eat you up inside and instead channeling it towards something greater than yourself. The track features 2 virtuoso musicians I look up to a lot - Crispin ‘Spry’ Robinson on congas and Gareth Lockrane on flute. It’s a real honour to work with the greats of the generation before me.
It creates a perfect fusion of late-summer landscapes and vocals that can escort your anger out of your system in the most classy way. This sponge for feelings is a part of the forthcoming album The Spoon that will scoop everything negative on September 23.
