For those of you who feel like they're detouring from their dreams, here's a little something you can relate to.

A catchy neo-soul tune, "Green and Gold" serves some great vibes while reflecting on the gap between our preferred and our actual routine inability to close it. Facing reality has never sounded so elegant and pleasing though. Rosie's sweet easy-flowing vocals are laid on Latin-inspired percussion and lovely glittery keys and guitar licks. The upcoming artist shares:

I wrote "Green and Gold" about the struggles of being a student and having no money. The line ‘tryna live a life that ain’t mine’ refers to the fact that I study dentistry and I often think that it is not the right career for me - I’m sure others can relate to studying a degree that they realised wasn’t for them, but you can’t get by with no money in this world.

Well, this is only her second single, but she already has support from the likes of BBC radio, so it might not take her too long till she chooses music over dentistry, going full-on making more of these delightful tunes.
