Last time we featured the intrepid ambient folk heavyweight S. Carey was back in March, as his latest album Range of Light had just surfaced. Since then, Carey has been treating us to various songs from the album via soundcloud, and today showcases the latest of these tracks, "Alpenglow".
True to its name, "Alpenglow" conjures up images of lush green rainforests and sweeping valleys, drenched in hazy twilight. Fans of S. Carey will know exactly what I'm talking about when I say this is perfectly in line with the sounds we've come to expect from this genius of a man.
