Makes You Feel

Yabe’s selection of comforting synths and percussion hits actually reminded me of the house producer Kaasi, though what sets “Makes Me Feel” apart from your standard house track is its tranquil atmosphere with an indie influence.

The vocals are scarcely distributed throughout the track as there is a particular vox sample which complements the progression, although when do evidently arrive to a verse Yabe displays the exceptionally soothing timbre of his voice. In the background there are these eerie, enigmatic pads which ultimately create a compelling contrast to the lively foreground.
