Something In The Way

In April you listened to La dispute covering Nirvana's track "Polly". Two months later I came back for more and dag up another song from the tribute album Whatever Nevermind. This time the alternative rock band Nothing is covering another emblematic track.

In this version "Something In the Way" is stripped off the instrumental as you can hear piano tones added and a mellow drone background. Somehow I find this version one level less helplessly desperate than the original while both are extremely powerful songs.
