The new entry from Seinabo Sey truly feels like a blessing.

The talented singer/songwriter dropped a two-single release, which happens to be her first for 2022 and you can be sure that the wait was worth it.

With the two tracks being quite different from one another, "Blessed" (written by Seinabo's best friend - songwriter Isak Alverus) is the more delicate one, incredibly touching and soul-caressing. Seinabo's gorgeous vocals grace a beautifully-constructed alt r&b instrumental, that evolves in a fresh way towards the end.

The Swedish-Gambian artist co-directed the video for the track, in which she explores what would her life be like if she was to live in her father's homeland in Africa. Watch below:
