The feelings that arise from Trey Kams' "Nebula" saunter between a sense of sad nostalgia and contentment, but either way we're thrust into quite an introspective listening experience.
Trey builds up the track in quite a gradual manner, and the moment the brass jumps into the mix the track springs to life as there is this unexplainable soul that's brought by its presence. There's also a Latin American reminiscent groove when it comes to the rhythm section and this seduces us into moving along with the beat, while our imagination is carried away by that gripping melodic progression.
