Not more than a few weeks ago I introduced you to the Australian indie band I Know Leopard and their psychedelic/60's track "Daisy Eyes". There's something about bands like IKL and Snakadaktal (who unfortunately broke up recently), but I'm not sure how to describe it. Genre-benders so to say, floating somewhere between indie rock and dream pop and making music which is relaxing enough to just chill floating in a pool and in the same time perfectly fine to... kinda dance to?
The video for their track "Hold This Tight" sets place in a... giant pool or ocean or something and it's, well perfect - minimalistic, fits the music and it makes me sad not living near any water. City rivers don't count.
