UK duo nomoon are inviting us to one less-visited place, where time rests on the leftovers of things which once mattered in someone’s life – at least that’s the visual picture I get while listening to their track “Dust Room”. The thick layers of stillness are combined with fast-paced hi-hats, which perfectly describe the rapid and random train of thought of a person, contemplating in silence, undisturbed by any human presence.

According to nomoon “Dust Room” is ultimately about being isolated and captures those moments of strange, slow exploration through your own mind and spirit when being confined to a room.

Another multi-textural dive in their sonic universe, the track is part of their debut EP Cycles, together with “These Experiences”, which we premiered last week.
